A Review of Ghana’s 2017 Budget

The IFS has published a review of the 2017 Budget Statement in its Policy Brief No 4.   In the brief, the IFS highlighted the need for the government to seek more conducive fiscal and macroeconomic environment in 2017 before the government rolls out its ambitious growth policies in later years.
